MIKE HAJDUK President
Mike
Hajduk currently serves as president of Callahan/Roach Business Solutions,
the premier provider of flat rate pricing and marketing products
in the heating, air conditioning, swimming pool and plumbing industry. In
this position he manages and oversees the day-to-day operations
of Callahan Roach, based in the Dallas
suburb of Arlington, Texas.
Hajduk
has over 37 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Before
joining Callahan Roach Business Solutions in late 2000,
he served as executive vice president of an alliance organization serving the HVAC industry.
He has also directed the marketing systems division and was
vice president of training and development for Callahan/Roach
& Associates, then the parent company of Callahan Roach Business Solutions.
Hajduk
has eight years experience at Lennox Industries, the national
premium manufacturer of residential and commercial heating
and air conditioning equipment and related products, where
he served as a corporate business consultant and director
of business services.
Hajduk
earned a bachelor's degree in business and economics from
the State University of New York.
JEFF KELLY Partner/CFO
Jeff
Kelly currently serves as partner and chief financial officer
of Callahan Roach Business Solutions, the premier provider
of flat rate pricing and marketing products in the heating,
air conditioning and plumbing industry. In this position,
he manages and oversees the financial, legal and product development
of Callahan Roach Business Solutions, based in the Dallas
suburb of Arlington, Texas.
Before
joining Callahan/Roach in late 2000, he served as director
of Group Maintenance of America (GroupMAC).
Kelly
also founded K & N Plumbing and Air Conditioning in 1978 and
built the company into a $28 million multi-division provider
of plumbing and air conditioning systems across the United
States, serving as vice-president and president until 1997,
when it was sold to GroupMAC.
Kelly
has over 35 years experience in the HVAC industry and holds
both HVAC and plumbing contractor licenses in California,
Nevada and Texas. He studied engineering at the University
of Texas at Arlington. |
